We use the name, email, optional phone number and message you provide to respond to your request and discuss travel assistance. Please do not include passport, payment, medical or other sensitive information.
Forms and email
The website is hosted by Netlify. Online inquiries are processed and stored in Netlify Forms. Email notifications and direct emails are handled through our Gmail inbox, provided by Google. These providers may process information outside Switzerland.
Website data
Netlify processes technical requests to deliver the website and filter form spam. We do not add advertising trackers, analytics cookies or campaign tracking to this website.

You can contact us by email to ask about access to, correction or deletion of information you have shared, or to ask how your inquiry is handled.
